• Oversee the performance of retail stores in Bali, ensuring they meet sales targets and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and support store managers.
• Work closely with store managers to develop and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product availability and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
