• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new methods to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards within the workshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman or similar leadership role in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, including but not limited to woodworking, metalworking, and fabrication.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Valid certification in safety and quality control (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or equivalent).
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali as needed.
