📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service at the front desk.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs using the Onyx system.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments.
- Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and well-organized.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office or hospitality roles.
- Familiarity with front desk systems, particularly Onyx.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic computer skills.
