📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, engage, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to expand our brand reach.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top-tier KOLs and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our affiliate marketing program using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that our affiliate program is aligned with our overall business goals.
• Create and manage content for KOLs and influencers, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to KOLs and influencers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Report on the performance of our affiliate marketing program to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other affiliate marketing platforms.
