📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement organizational development strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in HR practices.
Design and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their needs and challenges.
Use SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes and improve communication.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR Organizational Development.
Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Organizational Development.
Proven track record of successfully implementing organizational development initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
Certification in HR Organizational Development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.
