📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product penetration and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
• Train and develop sales agents, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
