Mobile Promoter - Sales & Brand Ambassador (Project-Based)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote Gree Electric Appliances products and services to potential customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Participate in product training and development to stay updated with the latest products and technologies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software such as CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
