📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Verify and validate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and financial records.
• Identify and report any discrepancies or non-compliance issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve identified issues.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project records and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of audit reports.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your audit skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit or accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
