🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of national development goals and policies.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
