🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rural development, preferably in a government or non-governmental organization.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software like Project or MS Project.
