📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns.,Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
