PT Sawit Cempaka is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Cilincing, Jakarta Raya. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed.
