📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to customers.,Oversee staff training and development to maintain consistent service standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in regular meetings with the management team to discuss performance and strategic initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Valid food safety certification is a plus.
