📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for healthcare products and services,Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials to support our customers,Conduct technical writing workshops and training sessions for the team,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong focus on healthcare or a related industry,Proven ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment is a plus
