📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to increase customer engagement and sales.,Manage and supervise the sales promotion team to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for promotional activities.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotional events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales promotions.,Provide regular reports on the performance of sales promotions to the management team.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully executing sales promotions and increasing sales.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Understanding of customer behavior and market trends.,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
