📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance and apply them to our organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into all aspects of our business.
• Ensure that our products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in test automation and manual testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
