📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to Janus Henderson offices in the APAC region
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues using ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, and Zendesk
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices
- Document and track IT issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT improvements and updates
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and services
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Proficient in using ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, and Zendesk
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
