📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs,Maintaining a strong candidate database and tracking recruitment metrics,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Providing feedback to candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
