Quick Link Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, maintaining vehicle records, and coordinating with drivers and mechanics. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational efficiency and ensuring the safety of our drivers and vehicles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle records, including maintenance logs, fuel records, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their routes, schedules, and any special instructions.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify any potential issues that may require maintenance or repair.,Work closely with mechanics to schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and have all necessary documentation.,Provide reports and updates to management on the status of the fleet and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
