📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of candidates for various positions within the hotel.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance appraisals.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
