📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire commissioning process from start to finish, ensuring all systems are integrated, tested, and validated
• Conduct functional testing and performance verification of all equipment and systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational handovers
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols and timelines
• Provide technical guidance and support to the operations team
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of any commissioning issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning and start-up in the mining or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, best practices, and industry standards
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, E3.series, and SAP MM
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
