📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clinics are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure that our patients are satisfied with their experience.
• Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments, ensuring that our clinics are fully booked and that our patients are receiving the care they need.
• Oversee the financial management of our clinics, ensuring that we are operating within budget and that our finances are in good order.
• Work with our marketing team to promote our clinics and attract new patients.
• Ensure that our clinics are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and support to our team of healthcare professionals, helping them to achieve their goals and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
