📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.,Present business proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new clients and partnerships.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.,Report on business development activities, including progress, challenges, and opportunities.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
