📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop store staff to improve their performance and productivity.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Promote the store's products and services to customers and encourage sales.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly sales reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
