📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of creating and managing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
