📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.,Support the operations manager in planning and coordinating various hotel activities.,Ensure that all operational procedures are followed and that the hotel meets all regulatory requirements.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and ensure that all reports are completed and submitted on time.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.,Handle any operational issues that may arise and work to resolve them in a timely manner.,Ensure that the hotel is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
