📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.,Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
