📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and guides for internal and external use.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure technical content aligns with company messaging.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar).Markdown and HTML.API documentation experience.Software development knowledge.Editing and proofreading skills.Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
