📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Scan and verify inventory using barcode scanners and RFID technology.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or order fulfillment to the supervisor.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Meet daily production targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
