As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Manage customer accounts and provide information on banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal policies.,Assist in opening and closing bank accounts for new and existing customers.,Provide information and advice on financial products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Work as part of a team to achieve branch targets and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.,Proficient in English, both spoken and written.,Previous experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with banking software and systems is an advantage.,A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
