📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

Manage a team of assistant store managers and provide guidance and support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.

Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.

Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and teams.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of retail software and systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
