📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
