🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual or pizza environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.,Knowledge of operational best practices and the ability to implement and monitor sales strategies.,Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Experience with POS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
